- Delivery/Pickup Dashboard is a graphical dispatch calendar that instantly summarizes scheduled activities for the current month or any month in the future. Drill down to view and sort each day’s schedule (including Will Calls), or display each ticket.
- The Executive Dashboard is an instant reporting system which combines over 40 reports into colorful charts and graphs organized by role (owner, manager, accounting, etc). Trend analysis includes 12-month and 52-week trailing revenue, sales forecasting, equipment utilization, and accounts receivable aging.
- Alert’s Web Order Retrieval system enables you to accept and validate requests for rental reservations from your own web site. It is part of Alert’s new suite of Web Services which allow you to design your own customer portal so your customers can securely check their account and orders via the Internet.
