It includes comprehensive improvements throughout the software as well as in Alert’s award-winning Dashboards, all available free to current users under its Support Plan. The new revision includes 100% of improvements voted-in by Alert’s unique independent user’s association (IAUA), as well as other new technology and improvements developed through the company’s own diligent R&D process.

Ultra Secure Credit Card Processing–
Alert has integrated an (optional) ‘cloud-based’ credit card system using PAYware Connect by Verifone, the world leader in secure credit card processing. The new system goes beyond PCI Compliance by completely eliminating local network card storage, processing, and transmission, reducing the chance of store-level fraud to near zero. The new system also cuts administrative overhead by dramatically reducing Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) compliance requirements. As with all Alert systems, stores are free to shop for their own credit card processors, banks, or ISO/MSP’s, helping drive down the high cost of add-on charges by eliminating “captive” relationships.
Dashboards Included Free–
Several ‘optional’ components of Alert EasyPro are now available to every Alert client on Revision 14 at no cost, including its popular dashboard programs: Executive Dashboard (Winner of the RER Innovative Products Award) and Operator Dashboard, which includes colorful, easy-to-use control panels for the rental counter, maintenance and repair shop, customer collections and fixed asset management. Alert dashboards maximize efficiency by dramatically reducing the number of screens and keystrokes needed to do your job or even to multi-task between multiple jobs, keeping up with today’s rental business staffing reality.

The Alert Operator Dashboard includes a Control Panel for fast and easy customer collections and account management functions. Hyperlinks drill down to all account details and collection notes from a single screen. The operator can send pre-designed, personalized dunning e-mails and faxes automatically. A “tickler” function has an optional link to the MS Outlook Calendar, generating automatic prompts for planned collection activities.
Improved Document Imaging, Faxing and E-mailing–
Numerous improvements have been made to Alert’s built-in document imaging system, including converting all saved ticket images to color .pdf format, creating new saved (logged) images each time a document is e-mailed, and a number of other time-saving features.
Better Job Site Tracking–
New Job Site fields have been added, including a set of user-defined fields, making it easier to completely document and customize professional job site management.
