- You do not have to buy any of your hardware through Alert, although we provide "first call" support, regardless of your hardware supplier
- Alert EasyPro is scalable: We have successfully implemented systems for one or two users up to over 100 users/20+ store locations
- Alert EasyPro uses standard Internet access (DSL, Cable, etc.) and works with any standard VPN for multiple stores
