Integrated Fax and Email System
Incorporating a customized version of the Esker VSIFax product, Alert's Integrated Fax and Email System provides full-featured, easy-to-use screens for faxing and emailing Alert documents. Since it is fully integrated, bids, reservations, contracts, statements, and reports can be easily faxed or emailed from the counter or back office. Documents are automatically routed to your customers based on the fax number or email address stored in your Alert customer record.
A number of new batch features enable you to send several items at once. Fax or email multiple customer specific, open or closed tickets, in one session using one cover sheet. Reduce postage, labor, and printing costs by batch-faxing or emailing cycled statements. Get invoices to your customers immediately and improve your cash flow by batch-faxing closed contracts within a specified date range.
A confirmation feature emails a copy of each nonbatch document to the sender's email box notifying the them of a successful or failed transmission. A seven-day comprehensive log lists each fax or email, date and time sent, recipient name and address, and status.
VSI-Fax comes with five concurrent-user licenses, enabling users to fax from Windows applications.
