General Ledger Interfaces
Export sales and AR journals for uploading directly into many accounting packages. Basic sales information (total monthly figures for rental, sales, tax, damage waiver) and accounts receivable data (total in receivables collected and paid) are transferred to a flat ASCII file. A special report and batch-control system help you monitor and keep your system in balance at all times. When used with an Import Interface, which allows for importing into a third-party accounting package, your back-office can eliminate double-work and avoid accounting errors.
In addition to a standard Export Interface, we currently maintain Import Interfaces to QuickBooks, Peachtree, MAS 90/200, ACCPAC, and Microsoft Great Plains. Custom interfaces are available for any accounting system on a time and materials basis. In addition to providing specialized versions of the above products, Alert has successfully integrated SAP, J.D. Edwards, Activant Solutions, Enterprise and others. Some integrations are "two-way" or "real-time", or incorporate other advances.
