Automatic Customer Surveys

Did you know that you have the ability to survey your  customers when
they rent from you? Use your own  surveys and documents or
automatically link to popular  services such as Survey Monkey.
Surveys can be sent via text  or  email. If you use the email function,
you can also send coupons, thank you letters, or other promotional material!

Setup is very straightforward in Codes & Setup and this feature can
be enabled by location and by customer. Your customers will
receive one survey no matter how many times they rent from you
during the period you choose.

Know your CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) by quickly identifying any areas
that need improvement, enhance your image in the community, and
encourage repeat business - all with the touch of a button!

Version 19 News!

This Week's Featured Enhancement

ScheduledReports

We've added the ability for some new sales reports to be scheduled, so thought
this would be a good opportunity for a refresher on scheduled reports.
The new reports that can be scheduled are the Sales Reorder Report
and the Counter Exceptions Report
(which can now be run and scheduled by location).

Why would you want to schedule a report?
How  about sending your AR Payments Report to your accountant
every morning? Just using this example, you can see that the report can be sent in
Excel, and the person it's being sent to doesn't have to be an Alert user.

To schedule a report, simply click on the F7 Schedule Button and make
a few selections. The report can be sent in a variety of outputs, including Excel and PDF.

      

Sales Items Serialized Number Screen

We've added the ability for the Sales items serialized number screen to be sorted by serial number.
